The Accessibility Toolkit is a tool for accessibility in the TeachCenter that can help teachers analyse accessibility in their TeachCenter courses as well as identify and solve potential problems.

The Choice activity in the TeachCenter enables teachers to ask a question and to give students a set of possible responses to choose from.

H5P allows you to create interactive learning content and interactive videos. The web-based open-source tool is included in the TeachCenter.

You can use the Exam Printer to print a quiz created in the TeachCenter (Exam) as a PDF, including a customised cover page, e.g. for an in-person exam. In the process, you can use your existing question bank in the TeachCenter (Exam).

With the „Assignment“ activity, students can upload files directly to the TeachCenter, for example for homework or exams. You can view and grade files directly in the TeachCenter, or download them for offline grading.

Participants in a course can be divided into groups and participate in certain activities that are only accessible to their group. If students are already divided into groups on TUGRAZonline, by default they will be synchronized like this in the TeachCenter.

Students and teachers in the TeachCenter are normally synchronised automatically with TUGRAZonline, both for regular courses and exams.

You can use the import function to copy content from one TC course in another one. This is useful, for example, for courses that are similar, or courses that take place in the winter and summer semesters and are therefore split between two courses but should remain the same.

With the Learning Goal Widget, you can graphically display learning objectives in the TeachCenter for students. Students can mark their current knowledge level for self-checking and see which material in the course belongs to which learning objective.

The following guide explains how you can activate or deactivate notifications for messages, forum entries, announcements and login notifications.

In your TeachCenter course, it is possible to set certain conditions for accessing sections, activities, and other content. These must be met in order for students to view or open the activities and content. Depending on the scenario, these restrictions, as they are called, can help structure the course and guide the students‘ learning path.

With the Scheduler activity you can easily organise and manage appointments in the TU Graz TeachCenter and make them available to students, which can be used, for example, to coordinate office hours. Students can book appointments for themselves (or in groups).

With the attendance plugin, you can create appointments directly in the TeachCenter and record the attendance of your students on these dates. You can choose from various status options. It is also possible to grade attendance.

Students can use the student calendar in the TeachCenter to view all the dates of courses and exams for which they are registered. Deadlines for assignments and the like are also displayed.

Since November 2020, the policy on Open Educational Resources (available in German; OER for short) has been applied at Graz University of Technology. The purpose of this guideline is to present TU Graz’s OER policy for the promotion of open educational resources.

LTI can be used to connect the TeachCenter to the MOOC platform iMooX and to Metacampus, the learning management system of the UNITE! university alliance. Content from the provider system can be embedded in the system where the course is actually held, and students‘ grades can be transferred.

With the „TUbe Recorder,“ you can record your camera and screen directly from the TeachCenter to create simple instructional videos. The recorded videos can be published directly on TUbe.
